SPRINT RACE
DATE AND TIME: Saturday, August 21, 2010 at 7:00 AM.
Race starts at Ellacoya State Park, Gilford, NH. No rain date. Race management reserves the right to modify or shorten the race course in the case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, and to accept or reject any entry. No transfers, substitutions, no exceptions. The minimum age to compete is 12.
SWIM
.3 mile fresh water lake swim in clear, blue Lake Winnipesaukee.
This will be a wave start with approximately 120 participants per wave.
BIKE
15 mile challenging, scenic out and back course with rolling hills.
Course is not closed to traffic.
RUN
The 3 mile run is a scenic course along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee with rolling hills.
Look across the big lake, and see the majestic White Mountains fill the background.
The run course is closed to through traffic. It will only be open for residents of the road.
There will be an aid station at the 1.5 mile mark with Gatorade Endurance Formula and Water.
There will also be an aid station as you exit transition to begin the run.

*Please note, there will be NO relays at this event.
Athletes will need to enter their USAT annual license number or purchase a one-day USAT license during online registration. All athletes must be 12 years of age on race day.
There will be NO refunds given for this event.
