Run Course

(13.1 miles)

  • The  run is a scenic, 2-loop course along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee with rolling hills.
  • Look across the big lake, and see the majestic White Mountains fill the horizon.
  • There will be aid stations approximately every mile stocked with Gatorade Endurance Formula, Water, PowerBars, PowerGels, fruit, and defizzed cola.
  • The run course is closed to traffic and only open for residents of the road.

Run cut-off: Any athlete that has not hit the transition aid station on the start of the second loop at approximantely 6.6 miles by 3:15 pm will not be permitted to continue in the race.  The course officially closes at 4:45 pm.

    The day starts with a freshwater swim in Lake Winnipesaukee before athletes take on a scenic, one-loop bike course over rolling hills. Athletes finish the day on a picturesque run course that travels along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee with spectacular views of the majestic White Mountains.
